    Hi. I don’t know if this is something you can help me with but it’s worth asking.

    I am trying to get the 10 Things I Hate About You series http://crazyhdsource.com/links-11thnov2013.html.

    Some of the episodes the extmatrix download links (such as episode 1) point to s15.extmatrix.com. These work fine. Others are at s10.extmatrix.com (such as episode 2.) These do not work. The extmatrix download button appears but the files will not download. Pinging the server gets immediate timeouts, indicating it is not accessible.

    I know this issue is with an extmatrix server and not your site, but thought you might have some insight into what might be wrong. I suspect my contacting extmatrix won’t be helpful.

    I am not sure if the files need to be reuploaded or perhaps this is an intermittent problem with extmatrix and I should just be patient. Your site is the only source I have found for this series. I will be patient if needed, but would like to know if this is a permanent issue.

    Whether these files can be made available again or not, I thank you for this resource.
