    If I have my account information wrong, I apologize in advance.

    As of August 21, apparently my extmatrix.com account has expired.

    Secondly, I thought I was setup for automatic renewal. Nevertheless, I decided to take NO ACTION for a few days, — with the hope that something would eventually happen “automatically”.

    On August 24th, my online bank account indicated my card had been charged. However, I have NOT seen any confirmation email from you (extmatrix.com) AND I still cannot download anything. My Jdownloader program still indicates that the subscription to extmatrix.com is still expired.

    YES, I also checked my junk mail too. If I was supposed to receive a NEW password for my extmatrix.com account, I never got it. If I need a new password, can you please re-send it to me again?

    Please help me sort this out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
