I just followed the banner (as it said on http://crazyhdsource.com/wiki-on-crazyhdsource) and already create my Extmatrix account. You said to not pay for it immediately!! been trying to access account username mx2014 , I have forgotton my password for this account , I have tried the forgot password several times in the past few hours but have not received the confirmation email , I have checked the junk email folder and added the email address wordpress@crazyhdsource.com to my safe senders list all to noavail.

Hi,
I am having problems with my ExtMatrix account. Last month (Aug 24th) I had to extend my premium account while I still had a subscription till Oct 3rd. After a few tries, I wasn’t able to get my payment thru, but suddenly I was able to download the files again. Then I noticed on my credit card bill that one payment was made on August 24th but my subscription was not extended with the 3 months I paid for. After several mails to ExtMatrix with no answer, I asked my credit card company to get my money back, which they did. Of course now I really need to extend my subscription and now I am unable to get a payment thru. The credit card company probably blocked the ExtMatrix account for me.
Is there another way to get access to the files?

    No, they (Extmatrix) do not respond to mails, so they cannot be trusted anymore. Problem will probably occur with more people who want to dl your files.

    No, ExtMatrix is not trustworthy. They have not responded to my mails, did accept my money, but did not extend my subscription. Seems to me more people will experience this problem.

    All I know is that VISA is not trusting ExtMatrix anymore, so people won’t be able to get a premium subscription anymore. I am not able to get a subscription anymore and therefor will not be able to to dl your files anymore if there is not another way.

  @ Troko241 I am signed into Premium ExtMatrix via the home page linked site HD4FUN. Which I am assuming is the reason he won’t give me access to the protected links here. I was having the same VISA/MASTERCARD issue you were having when I was signing up for HD4FUN. How I got around it was using the Paypal Option available there. I then set it to auto-renew every three months. Works perfectly. Try that as a go-around and it should work just fine. Good luck.

  once you account is linked there is no ned to use the banner to pay, just sign into your account on EXTMATIRX then click on “premium” in menu at top, PAYPAL icon is the bottom most icon click that to pay via paypal,
  
  i have done this twice now, both for full year at time.
