    Hi, I have an issue, I am trying to download a few tv series, but every time I try
    downloading certain episodes such as these files:

    Flashpoint.S02E01.Eagle.Two.1080p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264.HKD.mkv

    Flashpoint.S02E05.Business.As.Usual.1080p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264.HKD.mkv

    it gives me a message that the server under the name s10.extmatrix.com is too slow to respond.
    Is it possible to have this fixed?
