    Wondering if you have any advice on how to deal with the people at Ext Matrix. I signed up for one month Premium, they charged my Visa, but they haven’t upgraded my account. Three emails to their so-called “support” team have all gone ignored.
    Any tips on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

    Good morning. I am wondering if anything can be done about two files. They are the only ones that won’t download and preventing me from completing the series. Brickleberry s03e03 from s10 server and Brickleberry s02e07 also from s10 server will not download. I’ve been trying for several days now. Thank you in advance.
