      Hi,they said your payment was refunded due to risk transcation.
      So don’t worry about your money:)

    Hello Lordsource

    I am a previous premium member on extmatrix. My membership expired. I have been a loyal member of this site. I went to renew it My premium membership but I get the following:

    2API parameter error..name:BillCountry,value:False

    I was wondering if you have any advice on how to deal with the people at Ext Matrix.
    I tried signing up for a one year Premium numerous times,
    I have tried 3 different visa cards and a friends MasterCard Credit card but no luck I continuously get
    2API parameter error..name:BillCountry,value:False

    Is it because I am in the USA???
    I have sent eight emails to their so-called “support” team have all gone ignored.
    Any tips on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

    I really want to get back online with My premium membership to Ext Matrix
