    I purchased premium.

    I want to download TV Drama ‘Monk’, but I can only access from s01e01 to s01e04.

    I Clicked ‘Click Here …..’ then I see ‘Try Contact page.’.

    What shoud I do next to access other episodes.

      you can just renew the account that we contacted in email and confirmed,
      no need to create a new one.
