Simply put, this is a Canadian production and in Canada this here was broadcast as the opening of the show and is included as such in the iTunes season pass in Canada. It conflicts with TheTVDB and TVRage and everywhere else. Domestic broadcast is the trump in hierarchy and it is named accordingly. “Postmark: The Live Room” is not an alternate name for this but is the title for the 4th-last episode of the season (7 by TVDB and 9 by me).

The file and release names are what they are and while it is easy to move subsequent episodes into place to match the erroneous scene this has no place. It is not unaired.
