Step 3.Right click: Audio Track—here you can see the audio track you’ve selected on step 2,then click it again.

Step 4.Click Options…
Step 5.Internal Filters—Audio Switcher:Here you can see Audio time shift(ms),check it,and enter a value.Maybe you will try some times.
